There’s isn’t much that beats the excitement of a new purchase so with that in mind we set ourselves the aim of delivering your order within 7 days and 2 weeks to outlying areas (see below for details of outlying areas). We deliver to all main UK cities 7 days a week.
When booking your order online we automatically give you the next available delivery slot for your area with the ability to change it should that not be suitable. When placing your order in-store or over the phone the Sales Team will also be able to give you the next available delivery slot for your area. Currently we allocate a morning or afternoon slot (we’re working on offering even more options!) and the evening before your delivery we will text you a reminder of your delivery details. On the day of the delivery our driver will call you on the morning to advise on an their estimated time of arrival. The driver will then call you again one hour before delivery so that if you need to pop out you can. If you have any problems on the day simply call our order line on 0345 675 9090 who can put you in touch with the driver.
Smaller parcel orders are delivered by a courier service, normally within 5 days. These deliveries are usually made during the week and not on a booked day and we have very little control over the timing. However, please remember that orders can be delivered to one our stores for FREE and can be collected at your convenience.
We hold orders until all items are in stock so you only have one delivery to receive. If you’d like some of the items in your order delivered earlier or if you cannot see a delivery slot that is convenient then please call us on 0345 675 9090 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
DELIVERY AND COSTS
Click & Collect - FREE
Click and collect from store is FREE and orders can be delivered for collection directly from all of our stores. Simply select your nearest store at the checkout stage and we will do the rest. In stock items are normally delivered to the store within a few days. To avoid confusion or making an unnecessary journey, when your order has been delivered to the store and is ready for collection one of the Sales Team at the store you have selected will call you.
Please note that some larger items are not available for Click & Collect owing to their size and weight. There are also some items which are only available for collection at the following stores that have easier access.

Collecting larger items
If you choose to collect a larger item such as sofas, sideboards etc. we suggest you bring someone along to help load your vehicle. While our Sales Team are happy to help take your goods to your vehicle and help load we may not always have someone suitable or available when you arrive. If you will need help then please make the Store Team aware when they call. The other thing to bear in mind when choosing to collect your order is your vehicle, a wardrobe even flat packed won’t fit into a mini! If in doubt, call us on 0345 675 9090
For security purposes, yours as well as ours, when collecting your goods you will need to show proof of purchase and the card you paid with.

Smaller parcels are delivered via our partner courier per order and the cost depends on the value of the order. Orders containing parcel products only under a value of £300 are charged at £7.95 and over £300 at £17.95. Should you not be at home when our partner courier delivers, they will leave a card advising you of what to do to get your order.
Some delivery restriction – but not many!
There are a couple of other small restrictions on what our deliver team is able to do. Due to weight a few ready assembled or solid piece items are unable to be delivered to anywhere other than the ground floor level. These are marked on the website and our Sales Team will advise you of this when placing an order in-store or over the phone if your order contains any of these items. To avoid disappointment (yours as well as ours!) when placing an order please advise us of any issues or obstacles that you may be aware of that are particular to your home, such as narrow country roads or a building with no lift. As long as it’s safe for our drivers, your home and the goods we are delivering, our delivery team are happy to work with you to ensure we can deliver your order to your satisfaction.
