We aim to deliver in-stock items within a week, depending on the delivery area. Once your order has been placed and payment has come through, you will receive and email and text from our delivery partner Wincanton to book a delivery date online. Orders with just parcel items on will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order and delivered via Parcel Force or APC.
If you've ordered a sofa, Wincanton will assemble it for you and dispose of the packaging (don't worry, we recycle!). All other furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice in its boxed state. Please take care when assembling the products.

Last-minute change of plans?
If you need to change or cancel your delivery date for any reason, you can easily do this through your online delivery portal up to 3 days before the delivery. Cancelling the booking can also be done by calling our delivery team on 0345 675 9090 (choose option 1).
Caring for your product
For products that require self-assembly, we will provide you with all fixtures and fittings for furniture and brackets for wall art and mirrors.
