Great news! We deliver to most postcodes in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Isle of Wight.

Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of man, but we would be happy to discuss delivery to your appointed carrier.

How long will it take?

We know how exciting it is to find a product that you love and that you can’t wait to get it home, so with that in mind, we aim to deliver any in-stock products within a week, and 2 weeks to outlying areas.

We have 2 main delivery partners;

1. The Sofa Delivery Company, who will deliver all Upholstery Orders (Sofas, Armchairs, Footstools)

2. Wincanton, who will deliver everything else.

We also use a courier service for smaller items, our courier partners are Parcelforce and APC.

Once the products are in stock, Wincanton will email and send an SMS to invite you to the home delivery self-service booking system, where you can book your delivery at your convenience. If you have ordered an Upholstery Item, dwell will call you to book a delivery date through The Sofa Delivery Company.

Wincanton will contact you 48 hours before your delivery by text and email and provide you with a 2 hour estimated time of arrival.

Smaller parcel orders are delivered by a courier service, normally within 5 working days. These deliveries are usually made during the week and not on a specific day and we have very little control over the timing. You will receive all of the tracking information, so if you're not in, you can divert the parcel directly with our courier company.

If you’ve ordered a sofa, The Sofa Delivery Company will assemble it for you and dispose of the packaging (don’t worry, we recycle!).

All furniture delivered by Wincanton will be taken to the room of your choice and left in its boxed state. Please take care when assembling the products..

Please note that we can only deliver to your home if someone is available to sign for this delivery. If they are under 18 years of age, the delivery drivers have the right to refuse to deliver.

Finally, If you have any delivery restrictions or wish to provide us with additional information before or after delivery, simply call our dedicated delivery line on 0345 013 0515 (choose option 1), and our team will be able to assist with any requirements needed.

Delivery charges are applicable and will be calculated in your basket . Delivery is available on all products in Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Sofas - white glove service

We will not only deliver your sofa to your room of choice, but also unwrap it, put the feet on and take the packaging away with us (don't worry - we recycle!). All you need to do is relax and enjoy your new purchase.

Last minute change of plans?

If you need to change or cancel your delivery date for any reason, you can easily do this through your online delivery portal up to 3 days before the delivery. Cancelling the booking can also be done by calling our delivery team on 0345 013 0515 (choose option 1).
