Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of man, but we would be happy to discuss delivery to your appointed carrier.
How long will it take?
We know how exciting it is to find a product that you love and that you can’t wait to get it home, so with that in mind, we aim to deliver any in-stock products within a week, and 2 weeks to outlying areas.
Once your order has been placed and payment has come through, you will receive an email and text from our delivery partner Wincanton to book a delivery date online. If you have not been able to access the link or book a date online, our delivery team will call you within 48 hours to book a delivery date.
One week before delivery you will get a reminder text. Two days before we will contact you via text or email and give you a 2-hour delivery window, so you can plan your day a little better.
Smaller parcel orders are delivered by a courier service, normally within 5 days. These deliveries are usually made during the week and not on a specific day and we have very little control over the timing.
Your delivery method will be clearly indicated on the email confirmation that you will receive and your order will be delivered when all items are in stock.
Please note that we can only deliver to your home if someone is available to sign for this delivery. If they are under 18 years of age, the delivery drivers have the right to refuse to deliver.
If you’ve ordered a sofa, Wincanton will assemble it for you and dispose of the packaging (don’t worry, we recycle!). All other furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice in its boxed state. Please take care when assembling the products.
Finally, if you have any parking or delivery restrictions, please call our delivery partner on 0345 675 9090 (choose option 1) and they will ensure this is accommodated for.
Sofas - white glove service
We will not only deliver your sofa to your room of choice, but also unwrap it, put the feet on and take the packaging away with us (don't worry - we recycle!). All you need to do is relax and enjoy your new purchase.
Last minute change of plans?
If you need to change or cancel your delivery date for any reason, you can easily do this through your online delivery portal up to 3 days before the delivery. However, please note that if you change or cancel your delivery with less than 3 days notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £35 before we can rebook the delivery for you, as stated in our terms and conditions of your contract with dwell. Cancelling the booking can also be done by calling our delivery team on 0345 675 9090 (choose option 1).
