SPRING 2012 COLLECTION
Welcome to the dwell Spring 2012 collection. Each season we create so many exciting designs that it's a hard task to choose what goes into the collection, this season we have over 200 exciting new ideas. You can see the full range from the spring menu,
here are some of the highlights.
After the successful launch of the "pop out" hero colours of last season, Spring 2012 brings some great new pieces in bright colours. Combine these with pure white to create a dramatic look. Stone is the neutral colour of the season providing warmth and richness.
A fantastic collection of ideas to inspire, excite and decorate your home with. Our accessories range has taken the themes of acidic pop colours and wildlife using them to enliven some fantastic cushions and quirky decorative pieces as well as fabulous oversized artwork. Our exclusive Glamazon cushion is a great addition to any lounge, we also have other acidic dreams inspired textiles and also makes an appearance on a notebook, wallet, toilet bag and tote bag.
We also have our own cheeky homage to the Queen's Jubilee with really cool punk-inspired styles.
Matt finish is rising hugely in popularity and it is not hard to see why. White and stone look stunningly minimal in matt finish. The shape and detailing of pieces such as the Jasper sideboard is shown off best in this new matt finish.
Check out our exclusive new range of bed linen with a great selection of designs. Fresh and punchy imagery finished in embroidery and appliqué will add a touch of excitement to your bedroom.
texture and detailing
Clean delicate stitching and padding adds a luxuriously soft touch to a number of new ranges this season. The Paris sofa in two smart shades of soft grey epitomises this look. The Torino sofa in white faux leather is deep and comfortable and yet has a clean elegant line. The Costello lounge chair is a stunning addition to any lounge. The Boutique bed takes the look to the bedroom and adds storage for extra functionality.
Everyone needs great storage so we have come up with some clever ideas. The Imbibe drinks cabinet is a great modern update on a traditional bar. The Hideaway dressing table provides all the storage you could need for your toiletries and make up.
simplicity and shape
Simple clean lines and origami like shapes are a big highlight this season. The Plano dining chair pressed from a single sheet of wood is destined to become a design icon. The Denmark shelving is smooth and sleek with a elegant thin profile hand built as a single piece with no visible fixings.
We are really excited to announce a new range of bed linen and cushions designed by celebrity interior designer Meg Mathews exclusively for dwell. Her iconic pieces will be launched in February...
