| Assistant Furniture Buyer Oxford Circus, London Reports to Furniture Buyer |
Overall purpose of the role: Reporting to the Furniture Buyer, you will work closely with the Buying, Merchandising, Quality Assurance; Marketing; Stores to support the development of company’s existing Furniture ranges and the introduction of high amounts of exciting own designed product each season. Working in this faced paced and challenging department you will ideally have previous Furniture or home wares experience and be used to working in a fast paced buying department. Experience of the Far East production is desirable and you must have a good understanding of the Furniture market and trends. You will enjoy working in a fast moving environment, and have a passion managing vendors through the introduction of new and existing products. You must show a clear understanding of company’s brand direction and ethos. You will have the drive to learn and deliver results. Key responsibilities:
