Deputy Store Manager

Westfield, White City

An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Deputy Store Manager at our store in Westfield shopping centre, White City.

Dwell is a highly exciting brand offering discerning customers contemporary, unique in-house de-signed furniture alongside a wide range of home accessories in a stimulating contemporary retail environment. The company operates a mail order catalogue, has a strong online presence and an expanding retail division. We currently operate 5 stores: London - Tottenham Court Road, Westfield White City & Westfield Stratford, Barton Square - Manchester & Princes Square in Glasgow.

Overview
The Deputy Manager will assist the Store manager to grow sales and maximize profitability through supporting, coaching and mentoring store staff while maintaining the highest levels of customer experience.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate should be someone who is able to help inspire a shared vision and help deliver a store environment that caters to the customer and exceeds their expectations. They will have the ability to think outside of the box and help develop a team and be wanting to progress their career in sales with the aim of becoming a store manager.

  • Is a creative, hardworking motivated individual with experience in a fast paced, hands-on retail store.
  • Has the ability to help create a store atmosphere that fosters an inspiring retail sales environment together with high retail standards.
  • A proven track record in driving team performance through motivation, coaching and leadership skills.

Sales Consultant

London

We have an exciting vacancies for full-time Sales Consultant for our stores in

  • London : Tottenham Court Road, Westfield White City & Stratford


We aren't your average retailer and so we're not looking for someone average. We are looking for someone who has the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service in a retail environment or in another customer focused industry
  • Be able to demonstrable experience in exceptional customer service and able to demonstrate how you build that relationship.
  • Thrive on targets and ensure that customers receive an exceptional shopping experience
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Displays a huge amount of enthusiasm, energy and passion for our products and brand. You need to love our products and you will be expected to discuss your favorites with us at interview
  • A part of your role will involve receiving regular deliveries from our Warehouse, helping with lifting and moving customer collections and supporting the Store Manager with store layouts. Manual handling experience and training would be strongly advantageous. Training will be provided but the ability to carry out the above is essential.
  • Want to offer our customers, and can able to demonstrate that you have experience in delivering, exceptional customer service
  • Be computer literate

Customer Care Advisor

Milton Keynes

We have an exciting vacancy for a Customer Care Advisor based in our Distribution Centre in Milton Keynes

Main Purpose of the Role:
The Customer Care Advisor will be required to deliver an efficient and exceptional service to the Customer and always being commercially aware.

The Customer Care Advisor will work as part of a team delivering a high standard of service professionally, using a range of communication methods, to ensure that where possible customer enquiries, payments and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.

Knowledge & Skills required

  • The role requires somebody with excellent communication skills who has a Customer Service background. The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with emotional, difficult or distressed customers is essential. A hands-on attitude, a pro-active approach and the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team are important. The ability to demonstrate commercial acumen at all times is a must. Experience of home delivery and a multi-channel background are beneficial.

Other responsibilities of the role
  • At all times represent dwell in a proactive and meaningful way to the customer.
  • To manage all card authorizations in line with set targets.
  • To actively work to reduce returns refunds and customer cancellations.
  • To actively manage any customer product date changes.
  • To make decisions without further recourse in the absence of the CCS and CCM.

Administration
  • To use the query system to actively manage on-going customer issues.
  • To manage the number of queries in line with agreed set targets.
  • To manage e-mails received within info@dwell.co.uk in line with agreed set targets.
  • To ensure that all administrational tasks are completed and submitted on time and in line with company expectations on a daily, weekly, monthly and period basis.
  • To ensure that administrative requirements, including filing, following up on customer correspondence is maintained for the department.
